This system seamlessly combines precise reconnaissance capabilities with firepower. Its compact design makes it a versatile addition, suitable for integration into tactical vehicles, fixed surveillance posts, and towers. Depending on the operational demands, it can be armed with a 12.7 mm machine gun, a 40 mm automatic grenade launcher, or a 7.62 mm machine gun as its primary weapon, complemented by a coaxial dual-gun featuring a 7.62 mm machine gun. The extensive surveillance and remote control capabilities of SARP Next Gen significantly enhance the gunner's situational awareness while dramatically reducing vulnerability to attacks.
SARP Next Gen boasts innovative hardware and mechanical components that enable the turret to maintain a low profile and a reduced weight. It also incorporates a hybrid ammunition box, coupled with an advanced user interface. This system allows for the integration of smoke grenades and a gunshot detection system, all controlled through SARP Next Gen's user-friendly interface, optimizing the use of the vehicle's roof.

One of the remarkable enhancements offered by SARP Next Gen is the concept of the hybrid ammunition box, allowing the turret to be reloaded from a secure location under armor. This innovative box surpasses the standard ammunition box capacity for under-armor weapon systems, enabling the operator to carry more than 1250 additional 7.62mm rounds within the vehicle.
Specially designed for vehicle platforms, SARP Next Gen features a flexible and upgradable architecture. Its low profile and reduced weight make it particularly effective against asymmetric threats, further solidifying Aselsan's commitment to pushing the boundaries of modern weapon systems.
