Presented at the DSEI 2023 event, Supacat's Common Base Platform is designed to meet a wide range of operational needs through its versatility and adaptability. This platform offers the ability to add mission modules, making it ideal for various roles within the British Army, including troop transport vehicles, logistical vehicles, support vehicles, specialized vehicles, and even fire support vehicles.

The Ministry of Defence (MoD) ordering an additional 70 HMT systems this year underscores the significance of this technology in the British Army's modernization strategy. These common base platforms are poised to play a key role in streamlining the army's fleet, with the aim of reducing the number of land mobility platforms from 35 to 15 by 2035.

Supacat's design philosophy centers on simplicity and flexibility, crucial features in an ever-evolving security landscape. Supacat's Mk 2 Common Base Platform can be updated, maintained, and improved throughout its lifecycle, ensuring a seamless transition for the MoD and the British Army.

In addition to showcasing its Common Base Platform at DSEI 2023, Supacat is also addressing the British Army's needs by producing The Jackal 3 in collaboration with Babcock International Group Plc. Production is on track to meet delivery goals, and the order could potentially increase to 240 units if operational requirements dictate.
