The Sancak RWS features a ring gear diameter of 260mm, a swing radius of 1,312mm, a width of 1,270mm, and a height of 860mm. The turret's weight, including armor, the M2 weapon, and 400 rounds of .50 caliber ammunition, is approximately 488 kg. Its drive systems enable unlimited rotation, with a traverse capacity of 360° and smooth electrical elevation ranging from -20° to +60°.

It can be armed with a 12.7mm M2 Heavy Machine Gun, a 40mm Automatic Grenade Launcher, or a 7.62mm Machine Gun, depending on the mission's requirements. The Sancak RWS is also equipped with thermal imaging, a daylight camera, and a laser range finder, enhancing visibility and accuracy. An automatic target tracking system and electronic image stabilization improve the probability of hitting the target, even with on the move.

The system incorporates features such as low ammunition warning, algorithms for No-Fire and No-Motion Zones, moving target indication, and Picture in Picture (allowing an 8x electronic zoom in a separate window).

A key aspect of the Sancak RWS is its robust ballistic protection, compliant with NATO STANAG 4569 standards. This ensures personnel safety during unmanned operations and mitigates damage caused by enemy fire, debris, and fragments.
