The vehicle is specifically designed to function within the structure of a tank destroyer battery, serving as the command vehicle for the Ottokar-BRZOZA tank destroyer platoon. Each platoon structure includes four ATGM launchers, and the Brzza is responsible for commanding and controlling their fire. The battery structure includes two command vehicles, each manned by a crew of 4-5 soldiers.

The Brzza is equipped with cutting-edge systems to ensure seamless operations. It features both internal and external communication systems (ICT), as well as systems for filtering and ventilation. For safety, the vehicle is equipped with fire and explosion protection systems, as well as detection and shielding against laser radiation. Additionally, it can be outfitted with a Remotely Controlled Armament Module, which can be equipped with either a 7.62 mm UKM 2000C or a 12.7 mm WKM Bm machine gun.

Designed to engage tanks and other armored targets within the tactical zone of a potential adversary, the Ottokar-Brzoza is equipped to carry 6 to 8 precision-guided missiles. The vehicle requires a crew of 2 to 3 soldiers for its operation. It comes with various systems, including internal and external communication (ICT), filtration and ventilation, fire and explosion protection, and laser radiation detection and shielding. The vehicle also offers essential ballistic and anti-mine protection for the crew.

The vehicle is part of a larger initiative led by the PGZ-OTTOKAR consortium to modernize Poland's land forces. The consortium has also signed a cooperation agreement with MBDA UK to facilitate the integration of Brimstone anti-tank guided missiles on the new Ottokar-Brzoza platform.
