The Neutrino Ground ISR series offers multiple focal plane array (FPA) resolutions and continuous zoom (CZ) options. According to Dan Walker, vice president of product management at Teledyne FLIR, the new additions provide a range of detection, recognition, and identification (DRI) capabilities. The series aims to meet different operational needs with its flexible features.

The series incorporates AgileCore™ imaging electronics, which are known for their role in system-level performance. Additionally, the products are equipped with long-life linear Stirling chillers, having a mean time to failure of over 27,000 hours. This suggests that the systems are designed for extended operational periods.

Teledyne FLIR offers a two-year warranty on all Neutrino Ground ISR products. The company also provides a complete software development kit (SDK), as well as integration support and documentation. These resources are intended to assist customers in the implementation and operation of ISR systems.

All Neutrino Ground ISR Series products are manufactured in the United States and under the jurisdiction of the United States Department of Commerce, classified under EAR 6A003.b.4.a. They are not subject to International Arms Trafficking Regulations (ITAR). Teledyne FLIR said these products will be scalable to include the company's future AI-based detection, tracking, and classification models, with upgrades planned to be available in 2024.

The introduction of the expanded Neutrino Ground ISR series by Teledyne FLIR at DSEI 2023 adds to the options available for ground-based ISR technology. The products offer a range of features designed to meet various operational needs in the areas of surveillance and reconnaissance.
