Eurosatory 2024 Day 4: BAE Systems, Arquus, and Hornet Showcase Cutting-Edge Military Vehicles and Technologies.


Day 4 of Eurosatory 2024 witnessed a remarkable display of military innovations from leading defense companies BAE Systems, Arquus, and Hornet. The event, held at the Paris Nord Villepinte Exhibition Centre, continues to draw attention with its array of advanced military vehicles and technologies.

BAE Systems showcased several of its latest developments, emphasizing versatility and advanced capabilities. The CV 90 Mark 4, an Infantry Fighting Vehicle equipped with a 30 mm turret, was a standout, designed to enhance combat effectiveness with improved firepower and mobility.

Additionally, their Armored Multi-Purpose Vehicle also featured a 30 mm turret, offering flexibility for various combat roles. The Beowulf vehicle was highlighted for its versatility in logistical support and transport across challenging terrains. The Howitzer M777, known for its precision and reliability, remains a staple in artillery units.

Another notable entry was the Tridon, aimed at providing robust defense solutions, and the M88A2 Recovery Vehicle, recognized for its superior recovery and towing capabilities essential for battlefield support. BAE’s Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) demonstrated exceptional mobility both on land and water, showcasing its prowess in amphibious operations.

French defense manufacturer Arquus presented its state-of-the-art armored vehicles, underscoring France's leadership in military technology. The VAK MK 3, an advanced armored vehicle, was designed for high mobility and protection.

The Scarabe, a light armored reconnaissance and combat vehicle, was optimized for rapid deployment and agility. Additionally, the Drailer offered a versatile platform designed to support various military operations with enhanced survivability and performance.

Hornet displayed its latest innovation in Remote Weapon Systems with the Hornet Stealth Protection. This RWS is engineered to provide superior stealth and protection, enhancing the capabilities of modern combat vehicles.
