In an exclusive interview, Özgür Özçelik, Deputy Secretary General of SAHA Expo, shared insights into the growth of the exhibition and its pivotal role in fostering collaboration across the industry. “SAHA Expo is more than just an exhibition; it’s a platform for innovation, knowledge exchange, and international partnership,” Özçelik remarked, emphasizing the event’s contribution to Türkiye’s prominence as a global defense leader. 

One of the key highlights of the exhibition was the unveiling of the TURAL-I UGV (Unmanned Ground Vehicle) by Turkish defense company RAMSA Defence. This advanced ground vehicle is equipped with cutting-edge autonomous capabilities and a modular design, making it suitable for diverse military operations, including reconnaissance, logistics support, and combat missions. The TURAL-I UGV impressed attendees with its ability to adapt to various terrains and scenarios, underscoring Türkiye’s growing expertise in robotics and unmanned systems. 

Adding to the technological marvels at SAHA Expo, OASI Defence revealed its DX850 unmanned helicopter drone, a groundbreaking aerial platform designed for surveillance, reconnaissance, and combat support missions. The DX850 combines high endurance, advanced sensor systems, and payload flexibility, making it a formidable tool in modern warfare. Its unveiling marks a significant milestone for OASI Defence, showcasing its commitment to pushing the boundaries of drone technology. 

SAHA Expo 2024 also served as a hub for networking and partnership-building, attracting top-tier defense manufacturers, policymakers, and military representatives from around the globe.
