This was announced by Mikhail Danilenko, the Managing Director of KMZ (Kingisepp Machine Building Plant, the developer), at the "Army-2023" forum.

This innovative boat can be fitted with a hybrid engine, powered partly by electricity. It can be armed with large-caliber machine guns and light missiles to defend against potential threats like drones.

On a single charge, it can travel up to 600 kilometers at lower speeds. However, as the speed increases, this range decreases, although it can achieve speeds up to 80 kilometers per hour.

At the same forum, the GRK 700 "Vizir" was showcased. This boat specializes in mapping coastal areas and the seabed and can be equipped with advanced sonar tools. Intriguingly, Danilenko mentioned the ability to simultaneously control up to six of these boats from just one control station.

A unique feature of the boat is its built-in navigation system, allowing it to autonomously return to its base. If ever under threat or captured, it has protocols to divert to a safe evacuation point.

Furthermore, depending on its mission, it can carry out a range of tasks – from deploying troops at specific locations, maintaining a safe distance offshore, to autonomously returning to its base.

The "Vizir" boat is also equipped to counter maritime drones. It can target and neutralize threats using missiles, large-caliber guns, electronic warfare systems, or even nets designed to capture aerial drones. Moreover, the boat itself has the capability to deploy its own marine or aerial drones, as highlighted by the holding's director.
