IDEF 2019: OTOKAR new combat wheeled and tracked armored vehicles


The Turkish Company Otokar, a global leader in the manufacturing of tracked and wheeled armored vehicles of Turkey and a Koç Group company, is showcasing its own design and latest generation of military vehicles and turret systems at IDEF 2019, the 14th International Defence Industry Fair that takes place in Istanbul, Turkey. At IDEF, OTOKAR unveils new products including theTULPAR Medium Tank, the AKREP IIe, the first Turkish electric armored vehicle, the COBRA II in Medical Evacuation variant and URAL SOV 4x4 Special Operations Vehicle.

Visitors of the Otokar booth at IDEF 2019, defense exhibition get to see the wide product range as well the company’s new armored vehicles for the first time. As well as debuting new vehicles, Otokar will also introduce its TULPAR MediumTank in Turkey as a first. AKREP IIe, the first member of Otokar’s new generation armored vehicle family and the first Turkish electric armored vehicle, COBRA II Medical Evacuation Vehicle and URAL SOV (Special Operations Vehicle) are among the newly introduced vehicles at IDEF.
