Minerva Special Purpose Vehicles (MSPV) specialises in light-armoured vehicles for both tactical and non-tactical military applications. The company’s wide product range includes armoured sport utility vehicles (SUVs) and sedans, customised trucks, buses and vans, as well as tactical vehicles for the military, border control, civil defence and non-governmental organisations (NGOs). The Panthera series includes armoured personnel carriers of various sizes, from 6t to 23t gross vehicle weight (GVW), command and control vehicles, fast-response light armoured vehicles and light patrol vehicles. Amongst the showcased vehicles at IDEX 2019 : the MSVP Panthera F9, 6,7 Power Stroke v8 turbo-diesel engine and TorqShift speed automatic transmission. It has 2+9 seats with 4-point jharnesses in two rows of individuals seats and two rear bench-seats and comes with a front-mounted electric winch.

Panthera T6 3DR with its 4,0L V6 petrol engine (4,2L Diesel option available) and 4X4 5-Speed Manual transmission, It has modular seating arrangement with choice of bench-seats, flip-up seats, slung seats or blast-mitigating seats for the rear compartment, It comes with a remote-control roof-mounted search light.

Those vehicles have modular seating arrangement, dual air conditioner and heater, a rear-view camera, emergency strechers and first-aid kit, front-cabin roof-hatch, side- and rear-facing gun ports, optional 360° ring-mount with or without cupola, optional additional roof hatches. It can be fitted with communications equipment-C-4ISR, surveillance/monitoring capability, electronic counter-measure, remote-control weapon-station, STORM non-lethal and other mission-systems. Ambulance configurations are available with up to four strechers.
