The X500 mobile server serves as a portable terminal between the headquarters data centre and field client devices. Furthermore, its fully configurable dual LAN connection with protected sealed ports allows clustering for higher availability, load balancing, and fault tolerance. The briefcase-sized, highly portable X500 server reduces on-site deployment time and increases operation efficiency.

Another main Getac's devices is the MIL-STD-810G which provides governments with asset management, military vehicle maintenance, and tactical logistical support. In a crisis, the assets need to be ready for immediate deployment. Defence forces have numerous assets that must constantly be inspected, serviced, updated, and repaired.
