DSEI 2019: Czech Pavilion hosts 9 exhibitors and 7 Czech companies.

Traditionally, the Czech Republic is represented by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic at DSEI - the world’s leading defence & security event. The exhibition takes place from 10 – 13 September 2019 at ExCeL London. The Czech National Pavilion is located in Hall 8, stand N8-310. Taking part here, jointly with the DSIA - Defence and Security Industry Association of the Czech Republic, will be 9 Czech exhibitors and other 7 Czech companies have individual stands.

Short introduction of the Czech exhibitors:

EVPU Defence
Own development, design and production of following products:
- electro-optical surveillance systems and vehicles with TV, infrared and optical sensors
and laser rangefinders
- two-axis Pan and Tilt positioners
- multi-sensor containers
- electro-optical equipment for armed vehicles, tanks, turrets and weapon stations
- SW applications for control of various surveillance systems

MESIT asd
R&D and production of military communication systems and aircraft instruments. Tactical communication – comprehensive and interconnected systems of wireless tactical communication for the support of command and control of military operations.
Vehicle communication systems – intercoms, ANR headsets, PA systems and radio audio monitors.
Aircraft instruments – fuel measurement, heating and de-icing system, control units.

Production of very complicated parts for the aviation, defense and automotive industry
Development and production unmanned helicopters SKYSPOTTER 150 supporting a wide range of safety civillian and rescue tasks

OPTOKON
A leading global manufacturer and provider of connectivity and infrastructure solutions for organizations of all sizes. The wide ranging product portfolio includes a full range of passive and active devices, optical cables, attenuators, PLC and FBT couplers, xWDMs and the latest SFF types and ribbon connectors. Key segments in its large product portfolio are the range of portable hand held fiber optic testers ideal for use in FTTH networks and a series of ruggedized devices and military tactical components designed for use in military systems and harsh environmental conditions.

ORITEST
Together with its subsidiary ORIMPEX, it offers products and services in particularly the following areas
- Detection of industrial toxic substances and CWAs
- Decontamination of chemical agents, especially CWAs
The company's production is primarily based on its internal know-how developed by its R&D team.
The company's R&D team has earned over 80 patents (most of which are utilized in production) and produced more than 150 scientific publications.

RAY SERVICE
A Czech innovative manufacturing and sales company providing comprehensive solutions in the area of cable harnesses, electromechanical assemblies, electronic equipment and cable component delivery for a wide range of aviation and defence customers.
They are 1st and 2nd tier suppliers to OEM's in both defence and aviation industries.
At DSEI we are presenting INTELLIGENT VEHICLE CONTROL SYSTEM based on CAN-BUS.

TOUCHLESS BIOMETRIC SYSTEMS
They focus on software and hardware development for biometric and embedded systems. This also includes image and video processing. One of their product is Barrel Bore eXplorer (BBX). BBX is a device constructed for scanning of military barrel bores (or other cylindrical shape cavities) with diameters from 105 mm to 155 mm.

TRAAM
A purely Czech private manufacturing company specializing in production of composite safety and bulletproof glass for various applications in the military and civil sectors – glass for special military, police and fire trucks, civilian cars, cash carriers, rail vehicles, security storage facilities (e.g. glass cabinets for storing weapons, money, valuables, etc.), architectural applications (in buildings for government agencies, government and embassies, security agencies, banks, private residences, etc.).

ZEVETA AMMUNITION
They have its own design capacity for the development of various kinds of pyrotechnics and ammunition products. The production program is divided into the fields:
- manufacture of all kinds of pyrotechnics and ammunition products
- extensive testing of pyrotechnics and ammunition according to valid EU legislation
- ecological disposal and demilitarization of ammunition
