The aim of the project is focused on a prototype of an autonomous wheeled vehicle armed with an armament module - designated for reconnaissance and combat tasks at TRL VI (Technology Readiness Level). The final result of the project will be an autonomous four-wheeled vehicle with the following features - 900kg, good off-road capability, adapted to operate in urban areas and various terrain conditions, armed with a remote-controlled weapon station and a target tracking system. The project covers analysis and research of the vehicle tactical characteristics, which had to be studied in order to define the maximum effectivity in applied military operations.

The autonomous wheeled vehicle is equipped with the ZSMU A3C remote-controlled weapon station (armed with 7.62 mm UKM 2000C/12.7 mm WKM-B). The weapon provides sufficient fire to annihilate lightly armoured terrestrial targets and low-flying airborne target at any time of the day. The wide range of angles that position the module gives an effective fire support. The ZSMU A3C is equipped with an external feeding mechanism, a turret stabilizer and a video tracker. The remote-controlled weapon station is designated for various combat vehicle, watercraft and ground positions.

This project is funded by the national centre for research and development contested in calls for proposals no. 2/P/2017 "Young Scientists for National Defense and Security of the country".
