Russian company Polus-ST unveils KRMM-06 ground robot


Russia’s company Polus-ST has unveiled its newest KRMM-06 unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) at the Interpolitex 2019 show being held in Moscow on October 22-26.

The KRMM-06 is intended for transportation of various loads and features two cameras mounted on its mechanized manipulator and chassis, respectively. The manufacturer claims that the UGV has high cross-country capabilities and can be operated under all weather and climate conditions.

The KRMM-06 robotized system comprises a UGV and a control panel. According to the manufacturer, the 6x6 UGV is 770 mm long, 490 mm wide, and 560 mm high. The robotized platform can transport a 1.5 kg at a distance of some 200 m. The UGV features a ground clearance of no less than 50 mm and can drive over an obstacle with a height of no more than 75 mm. The KRMM-06 is powered by an electric engine that produces a top speed of 4 km/h. The vehicle can continuously work for no less than two hours and weighs 27 kg.
