Ukraine - More than 100 T-64 main battle tanks modernized by Kharkiv armor plant.
The state enterprise Kharkiv Armored Plant (part of the Ukroboronprom state concern) upgraded more than a hundred T-64BM Bulat tanks of the 2017 model, which is enough to re-equip an entire tank brigade, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has said.

"The best combat capabilities, modern thermal imagers, secured digital communications, satellite navigation aids and new dynamic protection were all received by our tank crews thanks to specialists from the Ukrainian defense industry. Our goal is to reorient on the production of weapons and the transition to NATO standards," Poroshenko said on Facebook on Monday.
The press service of the Ukroboronprom concern said Kharkiv Armored Plant constantly reinforces the Ukrainian army with the modernized T-64BM tank of the 2017 model. "The T-64 is the main combat vehicle of armored units of the Ukrainian army and showed itself perfectly in confrontations with the aggressor in the East of Ukraine ... According to the results of the test complex, the upgraded T-64BM of 2017 model from last year is serially supplied to the Armed Forces of Ukraine," the press service said
