ADEX 2024: Global Defense Industry Leaders Gather in Azerbaijan for Premier Exhibition.

The ADEX 2024 exhibition has kicked off, solidifying its position as one of the premier defense industry events in the region. Over the past decade, the biennial event has seen significant growth, with the 2024 edition drawing more than 250 companies and participants from 38 countries.

Ulkar Gasimova, a spokesperson for the event, emphasized the exhibition's importance in fostering international defense cooperation and showcasing the latest advancements in military technology. "Over the past ten years, ADEX has established itself as a key platform for the global defense industry. This year, the exhibition's scale and the diversity of participants demonstrate its growing relevance on the world stage," Gasimova said.

ADEX 2024 is also part of a strategic plan to broaden its geographical reach and increase the number of cutting-edge technologies on display. Gasimova expressed pride in the event’s continued success and acknowledged the support of Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defense Industry, the Ministry of Defense, and key sponsors, including Baykar, Israel Aerospace Industries, and Barzan Holdings.

The exhibition, which has become a cornerstone for the defense industry in the region, will return in two years with an even larger and more diverse presence.
