Decontamination
units |
|
 |
Modular decontamination units are intended for
decontamination of ambulant/non-ambulant victims
in a situation of chemical, biological, nuclear
or industrial accident, terrorist attack or
war. UTILIS decontamination systems are easily
transportable to where they are needed, and
provide facilities for continuous decontamination
in the shortest possible time.
Decontamination units can be easily linked to
COLPRO shelters. The COLPRO barrier can be installed
in a few minutes or can alternatively be pre-installed. |

COLPRO
/ NBC Protection Units |
|
 |
Collective protection equipment includes two
general categories: stand-alone shelters and
integrated systems that provide contamination-free
environmentally controlled surroundings for
personnel to perform their missions.
COLPRO technologies incorporate special filters
for cleaning contaminated air and high-pressure
fans to deliver clean air into protected areas.
The fans also provide an overpressure to prevent
infiltration of contaminated outside air.
For COLPRO, all UTILIS shelters can be pressurized
with the chemical/biological resistant barrier
option which can be installed in a few minutes
(or be pre-installed) by addition of a positive
pressure filtration unit. COLPRO shelters
can be set up as a command post, dormitory
etc. and can be linked to a decontamination
unit.
Collective protection delivers breathable
toxic free air and prevents particulates,
liquid, and/or vapor contaminates from seeping
into collectively protected spaces. |
