Slovak Company Kerametal presents the new Aligator 4x4 Master armoured vehicle at IDEB 2012
 

At the International Defence Exhibition of Bratislava IDEB 2012, the Slovak Company Kerametal presents a new variant of its range of armoured vehicle, the Aligator 4x4 Master. The new vehicle is based to the standard version of the Aligator personnel carrier family but fitted with a new chassis to increase mobility and payload.

Sitno Teams and BAE Systems to offer remote TRT family turret for tactical vehicles at IDEB 2012
 

SITNO, the Slovak based company with one of its subsidiaries, PPS Vehicles, has teamed with BAE Systems Land Systems South Africa to offer the Tactical Remote Turret (TRT) to armed forces in the region. The newly designed TRT is a family of remotely controlled turrets operated by a single gunner offering self protection and ground fire support for Light Armoured Vehicles, Mine Protected Vehicles and Infantry Combat Vehicles.

Tatra Phoenix a new 6x6 cargo/troop carrier truck at IDEB 2012 Defence Exhibition in Slovakia.

The Slovak Government adopted a strategic review of defence
 

Starting next year, Slovak Defence Minister wants to introduce a new model of Slovak Armed Forces functioning into practice. “We want to launch the building of a modern, well equipped and effectively functioning military for an independent and self-confident Slovakia right from January,” Galko said after a Government session on Wednesday.
