Israeli Army (IDF) unveils new all-terrain vehicle, The Sufa 3
 

According to the Israeli Army (IDF) procurement plan, 500 of the new Sufa 3 jeeps will be acquired. The vehicle, which was jointly developed by the IDF, the American Chrysler corporation and the Nazareth vehicle industrial plant, will in the next two years replace the Sufa 1 and Sufa 2 all-terrain vehicles currently used by the IDF.

Two more additional Iron Dome air defence system batteries for Israeli Army in the next few weeks
 

Defense Minister Ehud Barak visited the Iron Dome battery and its operators today, Sunday (August 21). The battery successfully intercepted around ten rockets launched at Israeli territory by terrorists. Defense Minister Barak mentioned that Israel has two operational Iron Dome batteries, and that two additional batteries will be added in the next few weeks.
